'Hit Ahoy! With a rousing roar of Yo-ho-ho, this festive treat is one to treasure. A racy, pacy adaptation of Robert Louis Stevenson's swashbuckling classic. A gripping yarn with a buccaneering spirit, it flies the flag for good old fashioned storytelling' Daily Telegraph.

''A skilful, impressive production - here comes the season's first posh pantomime. Technically the show is delightful with ropes and rigging, caves, crevices and coastline, loud bangs and terrific fights. It's a tough-old tale with a heart of gold' The Independent.

'Keith Allen shivers our timbers as Long John Silver and is perfect for the part charging every scene with a growling charisma' Daily Telegraph.

Climb aboard the Hispaniola for the adventure of a lifetime......

Ken Ludwig's new adaptation of Robert Louis Stevenson's classic coming-of-age tale follows the adventures of young cabin boy Jim Hawkins, and his attempts to outwit the legendary pirate, Long John Silver, in a search for buried treasure. Packed with rip-roaring action, swashbuckling swordplay, battling buccaneers, and the promise of a hidden fortune, TREASURE ISLAND will be a thrilling and much-loved treat for all the family.

Star of stage and screen Keith Allen, recently seen as the devilishly charming, yet vicious Sheriff Vaysey of Nottingham in the acclaimed BBC series Robin Hood, stars as the cunning yet loveable rogue Long John Silver.

Sean Holmes, whose credits include renowned seasons at the RSC, National Theatre, Oxford Stage Company and Chichester Festival Theatre, directs.
